MCCAIN WILL HELP OBAMA GET AMNESTY
Monday, 15 June 2009

In today’s Sunday Editorial the Arizona Republic sharply defined the distinction between Republican Senator John McCain and Chris Simcox who is challenging McCain next year in the Republican primary:

McCain will assist Obama’s Open Border and Amnesty agenda. Simcox won’t...

In their pitch for Amnesty and the McCain candidacy, the Republic used a lot of high sounding, muscular phrases to describe McCain’s character; phrases like ‘courage and strength of conviction,’ his ‘willingness to face down the powerful,’ etc.

They even used that tired old adjective ‘maverick.’

Shucks. Every real westerner knows a maverick is not some sort of courageous steer; it’s just one too stupid to go wherever he’s supposed to go.

Chris Simcox will protect the Rule of Law, secure the border, end the crime associated with illegal entry, stop the use of taxpayer money to fund violent “Pro-Raza” groups and end the use of Mexican Illegal Alien labor,” said Minuteman Civil Defense Corp. V.P. Al Garza .

“The difference between Simcox and McCain could not be more clearly defined: Chris Simcox speaks for Arizona ’s future and the vast majority of Americans on this issue. John McCain doesn’t.”

Garza may be entirely correct in his assessment.

Recent polling conducted by Clear Channel Radio shows a powerful groundswell of support for Simcox vs. McCain in Arizona . Also relevant, when it comes to assessing the public’s mood, is a host of ‘anti-open border’ bills making their way through the Arizona Legislature, including bills which would ban sanctuary city policies, make illegal entry a crime in trespass and end the use of taxpayer money to implement “Pro-Raza” anti-American studies in local schools.

“John McCain represents the tired, ‘good old boy’ politics which are responsible for the creation of Open Border Policy,  the violation of our border laws and the presence of 20-40 million illegal aliens on American soil,” Garza said.

Garza believes that the era of lawlessness, of escalating crime rates connected to drug and human trafficking, of anti-American “Pro-Raza” groups marching in our streets waving Mexican flags and demanding Americans surrender sovereignty is coming to an end.

“With Chris Simcox’s election as United States Senator a new era will begin,” Garza said.
