In a plot twist befitting some sort of political mystery potboiler, Alan Ward (the alleged assault “victim” in one of Warden’s current criminal prosecutions) failed to appear in Tucson Municipal Court last Friday, resulting in Judge Berning dismissing the criminal charges pending against Warden...

The alleged “victim’s” excuse? He was “DEAD.”

“Frankly, I’m disappointed,” said Roy Warden, aka “The Notorious Mexican Flag Burner.”

“After 18 months of waiting for my day in court, I was looking forward to laughing at Prosecutor Merritt, exposing Tucson City Open Border Policy and eviscerating Mr. Ward on the stand.”

As for the “facts” of the case itself?

“It was one of those typical Tucson City bull-shit cases they bring against me, an assault beef, where the cops let some grey haired, pony tailed, hippy drug burn-out assailant I had a restraining order against, threaten, and then rush up behind me.

What am I supposed to do? Wait for him to stick a knife in my back? No way, Jose!

“Besides; there were a dozen cop witnesses present at the incident who thought I lawfully defended myself. Several of them were set to take the stand and testify that I lawfully defended myself against Ward’s assault of me.”

(Read “Good-bye Alan Ward.” Pay attention to the hot linked sections and the story comments.)

Warden is now being prosecuted in two remaining cases: (1) for burning a three inch hole in a Mexican Flag during a political demonstration 18 months ago, and (2) appearing in public to give a speech in opposition to Pima County and Tucson City Open Border Policy.

You thought Burning an American Flag was legal in America ? It is, because the U.S. Supreme Court has told us so.

(But, you burn a Mexican Flag In Tucson Arizona and the Mexican Consul, left and right wing political groups, the media, and the entire political and legal “Establishment” will go “ape-shit” and demand you go to jail for six months.)

You thought free political speech, the process of the American Revolution and the cornerstone of American Law, was protected by the First Amendment?

(It is, until you embarrass and excoriate local public officials, Republican and Democrat, who commenced Open Border Policy some thirty years ago so they could break American Labor Unions, entice and exploit Cheap Mexican Labor, and Get Filthy Rich, as well as the Left Wing Moon Bat Phony "Humanitarians" like Isabel Garcia and Jennifer Allen, who dream of Aztlan, and don't care how many Illegals they kill trying to get it.)

Let’s check the growing “Body Count,” those who “Tried to take down Warden” to stop his political speech, and failed, to see just what we got going on here. We have:

1.      Peter Schur, a former local psychologist Warden filed charges against with the Board of Psychologist Examiners and otherwise used the First Amendment to “go after” for professional misconduct, is now BANKRUPT, in disgrace and out-of-state,

2.       C.K. Walter, the cop who arrested Warden and lied on the stand to protect Dr. Schur from public exposure is now RETIRED and in disgrace for using a police computer to lure young girls for sexual exploitation,

3.       Chris Hoffman, a retired Pima County Deputy Sheriff and former Chief of Security at the Pima County Superior Court who arrested Warden for the simple act of handing out political pamphlets on the front steps of the Pima County Superior Court describing how local officials protected Walter by not prosecuting him is now “DEAD” (someone ran his motorcycle off the road),

4.      Robert Hooker, a former Pima County Public Defender and Superior  Court Judge who a frequent target of Warden political excoriation for using his public office to support Open Border Policy, is now “DEAD,” killed by none other than….

5.        Alexander Rodriquez, a MEChA Member and alleged Warden assault “victim” who is now serving HARD TIME for killing Hooker,

6.       Alan Ward, former sandwich-maker and grey haired, pony tailed, hippy drug burn-out and alleged Warden “victim” who is now “DEAD.” (Well, at least the Tucson Weekly, the same publication which inspired Ward to take physical action against Warden gave him a great send-off.)

So;  as the bodies continue to “stack up” Warden says he intends to resume the  Tucson Weekly Public Forum, at noon on Wednesday down near the Joel Valdez Library at the corner of Pennington and Stone, his birthright as an American citizen, as set forth in the First Amendment.

And frankly my dears, when it comes to Warden exercising his First Amendment rights, Warden he doesn't give a “rat’s ass” what the City of Tucson intends to do about it.

Say again, Mr. Prosecutor: When can I expect that Murder Indictment?
