Embattled Arizona Supreme Court Chief Justice Ruth McGregor has just gained the support of the influential  left wing  blog "The Feathered Bastard."

The Left Wing, Anti-American, pro-Mexican and  Open Border Advocate, “The Feathered Bastard,” has published a story describing Common Sense II Publisher Roy Warden  as “wacky,” an “anti-immigrant nutjob,” a “Nimrod,” a “Looney Tunes Hispanic-hater, ” etc.,  and a warning from Los Abogados President Lizzette Alameda Zubey to the membership of her group: “Don’t attend next Wednesday’s Rally to Impeach.”

“I find it appropriate The Feathered Bastard would call me names and defend Arizona Supreme Court Chief Justice Ruth McGregor,” Warden said today. “It shows the public the kind of left-wing political support McGregor enjoys and just why Canon II of the Code of Judicial Conduct prohibits judges from engaging in controversial and partisan political conduct.”

For the past three years Tucson Community Activist Roy Warden, Director of the Tucson Weekly Public Forum,  has conducted political rallies to expose the direct links between Pima County Open Border Policy, right wing Republican contractors who have supported the unlawful entry of 30-40 million Illegal Aliens to perform low cost labor, and radical Hispanic hate groups like “La Raza” and “MEChA” who promulgate policies designed to subvert or overthrow lawful governments in the Western United States.

"Underneath all their frills and the lofty rhetoric of their membership—which includes 54 judges, prosecutors, public defenders and other public servants—Los Abogados is just another racist hate group,” Warden said.

“Chief Justice Ruth McGregor and Los Abogados don’t believe in equal justice for all. They don’t believe in the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King who dreamed that someday all people would be judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin,” says Warden.

“The Left Wing believes that, when meting out justice, Lady Justice should take into account the “special interests” of Hispanic ethnicity. Chief Justice McGregor believes Hispanic Illegal Aliens are entitled to special treatment.

“Anyone who seeks to promote himself, or the collective interests of members of a group, on the basis of race or ethnicity, is by definition a racist.”

“I’m delighted The Feathered Bastard calls me the kind of names he’s used for Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas. I find myself in good company.

“And I’m also glad Zubey warns people not to listen what we have to say next Wednesday,” said Warden. “It’s a classic Left Wing tactic to plug their ears and engage in name calling whenever they want to hide the truth.

“The bottom line is simple: Chief Justice McGregor has bent over and grabbed her ankles to satisfy the political demands of La Raza, the Open Border Lobby, and Los Abogados.  She must resign or face impeachment.

“On December 10, 2008 we’re going to make things Real Hot for McGregor, right in front of the Arizona Supreme Court. I know how. Show up at the Rally to Impeach, listen to what we have to say and watch us excoriate a public official who has disgraced her office.”
